Each Science-In-A-Crate is a one-of-a-kind resource that will bring science to life in any learning environment. Trunk-sized crates come brimming with activities that follow a storyline, illustrate science concepts and link to real-world applications. The minds-on, hands-on activities engage many learning styles.

Crates contain an Activity Guide complete with activity instructions, a materials checklist, and seven engaging activities. All shipping costs are included in the $25 booking fee.

Because we are ever evolving to meet the needs of a dynamic industry, the need arises to retire some of our older crates. No need to be sad though!! When it rains, it pours!
Another new crate hot off the assembly line ... "Ways of Knowing: Teaching Time, Weather on the Trapline" is available for you to book today!

Join Clifford and his Mooshum out on the trapline to learn about weather. Along side Clifford and his Mooshum, students will test different fabrics, describe the effects of the Sun's energy on seasonal changes, learn how important observation is when forecasting weather, understand and recognize different climates, describe how dew comes from the air, use digital equipment to measure and track local weather, and describe how uneven heating and cooling affects air movement. This crate targets grade 5 curriculum, particularily Weather Watch.
